Membership Terms
Membership options

Membership fees and payment

Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method at the agreed intervals.
Duration of membership

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”) and receive a full refund, provided you have not already accessed any exclusive membership benefits.

After the cooling-off period, cancellations are not normally accepted, and no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
Transfer of membership
Memberships are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person without our prior written consent.
Member conduct
By joining The Taking Part Racing Club, you agree to:

Conduct yourself respectfully at all club-related events, both in-person and online.

Not use membership to engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive behaviour.

Comply with any additional rules or guidelines we may set for syndicate members.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you breach these terms or behave in a way that may damage the reputation of The Taking Part Racing Club.
