Exciting news .. everyone meet our new club horse joining The Taking Part Racing Club
Al Za’ama a 3yr old gelding from Andrew Balding's , by Khalifa sat who came second in the 2020 derby .
will be in training with Donald McCain.
we have bought him to go under both codes flat and jumps only runing on the 30th April he wont be to long from running , he has had a few easier weeks due to being gelded 3 weeks ago .He is a very good looking horse with lost of raw ability , And speaking to Donald he is very excited to be training this lad, and since being gelded has really sharpened him up and now concentrate's on his work more , his work rider told me that his work is good and excited to see him run for the club

what a Great Morning we had at our First yard visit, everyone meeting each other most for the first time .Donald and all the team made everyone feel welcome answering questions, and our horses turned out beautifully,

Hi, I’m David Bithell, founder of The Taking Part Racing Club.
Anyone who knows me knows how passionate I am about horse racing. And have worked in most areas of the horse racing industry over the past 30 years .. I wanted to create a racing club that makes racehorse ownership more accessible with a friendly atmosphere , so more people can experience the buzz and excitement of being involved in the sport.
